1. If Spoclearn Reschedules a Training

We strive to maintain our training schedule, but in rare cases, a session may be postponed or rescheduled. If this happens:

  • You can get a full refund if the new dates don’t work for you. The refund will be processed within 30 days of your request.

  • You may choose a different upcoming class at a time and location (within the same country) that suits you. You’ll need to inform us at least 7 days before the new course starts.

  • You can also nominate someone else to attend in your place. Please let us know at least 3 days before the new course date.

2. If You Want to Reschedule

We understand plans can change. If you need to move your training to a future date, here’s how rescheduling fees apply:

15% of the upcoming class registration fee

6 to 9 days in advance

60% of the upcoming class registration fee

Less than 3 days

Rescheduling is not allowed

  • Rescheduled classes must be attended within 3 months of your original course date.

  • You must request your reschedule at least 7 days before the new class starts.

How to Request a Reschedule
