This 2-day instructor-led course explores functional vs. dysfunctional conflict, the conflict continuum, and the impact of unresolved issues on team performance. Conflict styles—Competing, Collaborating, Compromising, Avoiding, and Accommodating—are explored in depth, along with their strengths and limitations.
