Big Stories delay feedback because they take longer to deliver, making it challenging to incorporate changes swiftly.<\/li><br>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visibility and Tracking:<\/strong> Progress tracking and risk management are easier when work is divided into smaller chunks.
